Is this website (Itvidya.com) is banned in Google.com?

When I was reading some thing on itvidya.com I got some SEO related doubt for this website. I have checkup the indexed pages of this website in Google.com and Yahoo.com I had observed different results. In Google search engine this website had only one search result webpage. But in Yahoo it had good amount of indexed pages. So This means Google might penalized this site? Or some thing else?
