Pune HR Circle has been conceptualized by HR professionals from Pune based organization Pune IT Labs and Persistent Systems.
Pune HR Circle meet will be organized at 3rd Friday of every month after office hour, venue for which will be decided in advance and will be communicated to the group member.
The interview is a bridge. It's how the hiring team determines whether acandidate is qualified for the job. Less obvious, the interview is how topcandidates determine whether they want the job.
