• Actively involved in recruiting, which includes screening of the resumes, assessing candidates credentials and qualifications, coordinating interviews with the professionals, Salary negotiations
• Analyzing the requirements with Clients and Team Leader
• Probing via internal database, head hunting and senior management referrals for rare skills like Summit, Murex, Calypso, and Lotus Notes Utilities.
• Working Extensively on all kind of System Admin positions. In which worked for TSM, SAN, Unix, Linux, AIX, Solaris system admin’s
• And also working for the Networking requirements for IBM and HP
• Sourcing candidates from Headhunting, candidate references, networking, job portals and employee references, internal database.
• Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidate’s communication skills and technical skills based on client's requirement.
• Coordinate and assist in scheduling technical interviews, including candidate interview preparation.
• Negotiating the compensation packages, notice periods and coordinating the other aspects to get the consultant on board.
• Client Relationship Management.
• Follow up and ensuring joining of candidates.
• Follow up with selected candidates and taking references from them.
