- Business/Career Opportunities you want
I'm looking for the following individuals to work with: 1) Owners/CEOs of small & medium enterprises in India (having Rs. 300-500 crore in annual revenue) that want to unlock the inherent potential of their business and dramatically improve their bottomline through sharp focus and radical process/policy innovation in their core constraint areas. 2) Business software 'architects' who can design and develop solutions that support such systemic process/policy innovation. 3) Business simulation and game 'architects' who can design and develop virtual learning environments in which managers can practice such systemic process/policy innovation. 4) Web developers who've 'Got Real', can speak CSS/XHTML/Flash, do Ajax, weild PHP, Joomla, RoR, think in patterns, UML, and are addicted to Agile/XP. 5) Web designers who understand the 'Design of Everyday Things', can speak Flash, InDesign, Illustrator, do Information Architecture, and are addicted to 'show, don't tell'.
- What would you like to offer to the Community and members of ITVidya ?
Provide a perspective that seeks out and capitalizes on the simplicity inherent in today's complex human-based and technological systems that run our businesses, society, and economy. Opportunities to design and develop some compelling products in the personal, social, and enterprise spaces.
- Personal Profile
I'm a management consultant advising and coaching senior/top management of product-related companies (both industrial and consumer goods) in areas of production, distribution/supply chain, marketing/sales, new product development, and strategy. I use Theory-of-Constraints methodology to drive systemic improvements towards achieving more with less, in less time. My systems perspective is largely shaped by the disciplines of constraints management (Eliyahu Goldratt), learning organizations (Peter Senge, MIT), and disruptive innovation (Clayton Christensen, Harvard).
