Usual scheme for small projects (up to $2000) is -- meaning 30% upfront, 40% upon the completion of the beta version and the last 30% at the final delivery.
For bigger projects the Solution Architecture Phase is required and based on the results of this step we create a payment schedule linked to the project milestones specified in the development documents.
It should be noted here, that in order to keep smooth and painless project flow. We require our clients, to adhere to the project milestones and acceptance policy. That is as soon as a milestone achieved and accepted. Every new request concerning the previous stage shall be considered as an addition to the project scope.
