Learn how to write a link exchange mail

Are you going to handle a link exchange campaign OR are you handling it and not getting good responses. Look at the following points and the format helps you in sending a good request by mail.

Firstly, your link request mail should not be from a general mail ids like gmail.com, yahoo.com or hotmail.com, will be considered as SPAM. It should be from the website domain as webmaster@domainname.com or seo@domainname.com, that will look genuine and shows your professional way.
Basically, your request should be very straight and precise.

Please check some of the following points -

* What would be the subject?

Ok! “Link exchange request” and “Reciprocal Link Exchange Request” are going old now, so make it a new way - “Link Exchange Proposal“.

* Mail matter or Presentation
Now, try to make your mail matter simple, humble and relevant to your business and put your link proposal. I don’t prefer any information about use of that link exchanging and benefits of link exchange b/w two websites, that’s really bore. If any website who handles a links page or link exchange page is already know about it so, stop wasting his/her and your own time in explaining all that link exchanging fundas.Tell them - how you across them (website) and what you want (your link exchange scheme). Put your link information including your URL, Title and Description for your website. And, don’t make your link information with just keywords, nobody want to add a keyword Spam details on their website. Every webmaster or SEO wants a good quality website link information to exchange link with. Use your targeted keyword in “Title” information and should be relevant to the “URL” and make a unique “Description” for the same.

And in last, a thanking note as “Looking for a positive response” with your company signature, which is really important.
