EXERCISES
DAILY DECLARATION: “I WILL SCORE ________ % IN MY EXAMS” – REPEAT THIS FOR 20 TIMES IN THE MORNING AFTER WAKING UP AND IN THE NIGHT BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP.
AUM: 3 TIMES A DAY(10 AUMS EACH) min. & before you sit for studying.
PALMING: DO IT WHENEVER YOU ARE TIRED & immediately after studying.
MIRROR:WHILE GOING TO SLEEP, GO THROUGH THE TIME TABLE FOR THE DAY AND CHECK IF YOU DID PROPER WORK – COMPLETE THE DAY.
YESSSS:WHENEVER YOU ARE DOWN, DO THE YESSSSS!!! EXERCISE 3 TIMES
1. T.V. programs & Games are non realistic and fiction – putting you in fantasy
2. Ability to memorise the subjects is reduced drastically after you watch T.V.
3. Concentration reduces substantially
Phones and talking to friends:
1. Biggest diversion from studies
2. Biggest time wasted
3. Talk only for discussing difficulties & in a pre-determined time slot
FAMILY: Take support of your parents, family members, teachers and friends
Self Realization of Responsibility:
1. You are your own motivator
2. You are the person who will gain the most if you study well
Time: Time Table Preparation is a must…..
1. Do not exert yourself by playing outdoor games.
2. Give full attention to the teachers when in the class or school even if you know the topic well. It gives you extra revision while just listening to the teachers.
3. Develop interest in the topic you are studying. (Each subject is important to train your brain in different aspects)
STUDY HABITS:
1. Pay Attention in the class
2. Studying Postures : Sitting up position for studying and no reclined posture
3.Each subject is important to train the brain in different abilities
4. Study the difficult / boring subject in the beginning of the day
5. On a holiday or study vacation – Study two subjects daily – One easy and one difficult - so that when you want to take a break, you just switch the subject
6. Give up your blocks about the subjects or teachers - they stop you from performing
7. Prepare LMR notes
8. Boring topics – read like story book first – it becomes easy to remember.
9. Write Tough Theory for 15 minutes every day. (Speak loudly while reading and writing, “bolke padho, bolke likho”)
