Hi Anand,
I went through your article on rediff and posted my comments. Somehow they are not yet visible there, posting again here...
Its one of the best articles of recent times I read. Its also my favourite subject.
I am in London working with a web solutions company and leading a talented young professional team. I come from Engineering background from India.
I always felt innovation and quality as two pillers of success.
I constantly feel that UK is more traditional than US. I somehow find it difficult to put forward my ideas and pursue others in my network to implement them. Somehow I feel that methodology to innovation is not known to me. Although I have innovative idea and I am ready to put effort I dont know direction to it.
As you mentioned in your article that Tom being your mentor helped you to find right direction. I constantly feel need for such a mentor who can show right direction. Is it possible that you can help me finding such mentor?
