Praj Industries Limited, in association with SIBM, Pune, has launched the PRAJ Maha- Intrapreneur Award 2009 which will undertake promotion of Intrapreneurship amongst organizations in Maharashtra state.

Praj Industries Limited was the first to launch such an award in December 2008 where three Intrapreneurs were felicitated. The Praj Maha-Intrapreneur Award is a prestigious and esteemed recognition that an individual can win for Corporate Entrepreneurship for the organization.

Purpose

Praj thought of recognizing the spirit of enterprise and encouraging the quality of Intrapreneurship. Thus the Praj Maha-Intrapreneur Award was conceptualized, to appreciate and acknowledge the efforts of the Intrapreneur in the organization

Last date for submission of Application Forms (Phase 1) 15th September 2009

Preliminary Scrutiny & Evaluation of Forms (Phase 1) 30th September 2009

Final list of Short-listed nominees in Phase 1 and communication to short listed nominees for Phase 2 1st October 2009

Interaction of nominees with Panel of Judges (Phase 2) 5st October 2009 to20th October 2009

Declaration of winners 15th November 2009

Award presentation ceremony 1st week of December 2009

Award Categories

A -Category - Nominations shall be invited from Industry and Business category:

1. Small and Medium Scale Organizations Rs. 50 crores upto Rs.500 crores

2 awards

2. Large Scale Organization Above Rs.500 crores 2 awards

B- Category - Nominations shall be invited from the Government and NGO category:

C- Category - Organizers will announce following awards:

One award will be announced to appreciate the Intrapreneurship qualities exhibited by the Government Officials.

One Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to felicitate the eminent personality who has exhibited Intrapreneurial traits during his/her overall professional journey

3. The Application form is to be downloaded on your computer and upload after it is completely filled.
4. Considering the busy schedule and work pressures, organizers can provide assistance to the nominees to compile and complete the application form to meet the schedule date of submission.
