Workshop: Taking Off into the Next Orbit

As part of NASSCOM's EMERGE forum – it’s our pleasure to invite you to the workshop for SMEs on ‘Taking Off into the Next Orbit’ on Wednesday, 25th June 2008 at 10:00 am. We had organized this workshop in Pune a couple of months back and participants' feedback was encouraging for us to repeat the same in Mumbai and soon in Kolkata.

Your company may have successfully passed through its struggle to establish and survive. The next phase should be sustainable growth. Yet the challenges of the growth phase are quite different from those you just overcame, in the survival phase.

Several fundamental questions need to be asked now:

What is really your constraint?
How should you think about the market?
How should you design your organization?

This workshop draws your attention to these issues and engages in a dialogue with you, on how best you can take off into the next orbit – the orbit of growth. The aim is to draw upon the collective wisdom of the participants, as well as to share best practices seen in other companies and contexts.
