Essence of the Session : Topic :
Its said that its a bitter-sweet moment for an entrepreneur when he realizes that he needs to scale up. For a while he can feel proud that the business is ready to take off, there is tremendous anxiety about the accompanying change. The burgeoning customer base can no longer be serviced without bringing in new unfamiliar hands. Failure to scale up would most likely otherwise lead to compromising quality. Systems need to be put in place to combat the chaos that reigns as the business begins to burst out of the confines of the basement or a garage where it all began.
This Off Site will focus on the following key areas of Starting-up
Bootstrapping your start-up : an entrepreneurial perspective
Essence of the Session Topic :
NETWORKING, they say, is a non-starter if you start with the end in mind. This is even truer, when one thinks of networking in the business context. For, business networking is not merely about exchanging cards and a few laughs over dinner, it’s about looking for ways to help each other grow symbiotically. It’s a process, which helps build relationships and develop support systems for both the entrepreneur and his business. Any successful entrepreneur will tell you that a network of contacts can add value only if you know how to add value to each one of them.
This month’s session would would be focused on an extremely important & a critical aspect of an Enterprise & an individual - “The Art of Networking”!
