The book I read recently is Lucky or Smart? By Bo Peabody, who started the site tripod, at the age of 19. The site was primarily started as giving counselling to the college going students, which didn’t work out. But later few of his employees, who were some-what a computer genius gave an idea to put a free homepage builder in the site, where anyone can create their own site for free. And that was the business which worked.
